Recent data from the Middle East proves that a Pistachio diet (3.5 oz per day for 3 weeks) improves Erectile Function scores by about 50% and at the same time statistically improves lipid parameters such as total cholesterol, HDL and LDL.  (International Journal of Impotence Research, 2011; 23(1):32-8)
